What’s your minimum order?
We do require that a minimum 1000 pieces are order, since we are a custom plush wholesaler, we do not specialize in small orders.
What’s the average turnaround time?
Our average turnaround time for your custom made stuffed toys, is about 4-6 months. But we can certainly do our best to accommodate for rush orders!
Are your custom plush toys safe?
Custom plush toys were originally designed to be enjoyed for small children. Hence when we create any plush toy, custom or not, we always ensure it can be used for all ages. You can choose to go through additional testing to pass the Canadian Consumer Goods Safety Act (SOR/2011-17), and the USA Children’s Product Certificate.
Can you do custom packaging?
We must definitely can! We cannot express how much we are interested in getting the custom plush toys to you, the way you want it. So if you need custom packaging we most definitely can do that.
Can you make accessories for my custom plush?
This is not only something we do, but something we highly recommend. It will help your custom plush toy look original and eye-catching. With custom stuffed animals, props and accessories work great! We can even make matching custom keychains for your plush toys!

Can you turn my illustration into custom plush toys?
Of course! We not only have an in-house industry leading design team creating hundreds of custom designs for our customers, but they are ready to work with you on your own illustration, picture, or imagination. Bringing your ideas to life!
Are you able to make plushies look like my mascot?
Can we ever! Due to our long relationship with Loonie Times, a custom mascot company, we originally started making custom stuffed animals and custom plush toy replicas of mascots. So I guess you can say we specialize in that field.
What do you need from me to get started?
If you can dream it, we can create it! Whatever you have. A finished character sheet is ideal, but a rough sketch, a photo of a drawing, or a logo works too. The more reference you send — colors, angles, key details — the closer the very first sample will land. Whether it is a plush dog, a custom plush doll, or a teddy bear, we can create anything you have in your mind. Furthermore, we can even work with you to create your own design.
Can I see a prototype sample first, before I make my decision to place an order?
Yes! Of course, our goal from the beginning is to ensure your plush toy turns out exactly how you want it. So we will never start mass producing your custom plush toys without your 100% satisfaction.
Will it cost me money to make a prototype sample?
To cover the costs of materials, design revisions, fast turnaround, and shipping, we charge a $450 fee for custom prototypes. This includes personalized plush design, revisions, and a physical sample delivered straight to your door.
How many design revisions are included?
The first three rounds of sample revisions are included in every quote, and most designs are approved within one or two rounds. If you want a larger rework after that, we quote it separately and up front so there are never hidden costs.

How much does a custom plush cost?
It depends on size, level of detail, and quantity — a simple 6-inch plush at 2,000 units costs far less per unit than a detailed 16-inch one at 1,000. As a rule, your per-unit price drops sharply as the order grows. The fastest way to a real number is a free quote, no guessing.
How do you ship, and what about customs?
We ship across North America and can handle freight, duties, and customs paperwork for you. Need warehousing, kitting, or drop-shipping to several locations? We do that too — just tell us where they need to go.
